Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR professional to manage the complete Human Resource function for our jewelry manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the Jewelry Industry and be capable of handling factory HR, recruitment, employee engagement, workforce planning, and HR administration.

The candidate should possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to create a productive and employee-friendly work environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Workforce Management

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations for factory and office employees.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, employee records, onboarding, and HR administration.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day HR activities across departments.
  • Maintain workplace discipline and operational efficiency.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage hiring for both blue-collar and white-collar positions.
  • Plan manpower requirements as per business and production needs.
  • Handle the complete recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Build effective hiring strategies for skilled workforce and office staff.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a positive and healthy work culture.
  • Resolve employee grievances and workplace issues professionally.
  • Conduct induction programs, employee engagement activities, and HR communications.
  • Support employee retention and motivation initiatives.

Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
  • Maintain statutory HR records and support internal compliance processes.
  • Assist management in implementing HR systems and organizational policies.

Performance & Organizational Development

  • Support performance appraisal and employee development programs.
  • Coordinate with department heads for performance monitoring and team management.
  • Contribute to organizational growth through structured HR practices and workforce development.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6–10 years of relevant HR experience in the Jewelry Manufacturing Industry is mandatory.
  • Strong exposure to factory HR operations and workforce handling.
  • Proven experience in recruitment of skilled labor, supervisors, and corporate staff.
  • Sound knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR reporting systems.
