Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and creative CAD Designer to join our jewelry manufacturing team. The role involves developing detailed and production-ready CAD designs for various jewelry products while coordinating closely with the design and production departments. We welcome applications from both freshers and experienced professionals. Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in jewelry CAD designing will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Create precise 2D and 3D CAD models for jewelry pieces such as rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets, and necklaces.
- Convert sketches, concepts, and customer requirements into production-ready designs.
- Prepare CAD files suitable for manufacturing and 3D printing.
- Make design modifications based on technical and production requirements.
- Coordinate with the production and design teams to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
- Maintain organized records of designs and CAD files.
- Stay updated with current jewelry design trends and manufacturing techniques.
Eligibility Criteria:
Freshers
- Certification, Diploma, or Degree in Jewelry Design, CAD Designing, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of CAD software such as Rhino, Matrix, JewelCAD, or similar platforms.
- Understanding jewelry manufacturing processes will be an advantage.
- Good creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Experienced Candidates (2–3 Years)
- 2–3 years of experience as a CAD Designer in the jewelry manufacturing industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Rhino, Matrix, JewelCAD, or equivalent software.
- Experience in creating accurate and production-ready CAD files.
- Good understanding of casting, stone setting, and jewelry production techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple designs and meet deadlines efficiently.
Preferred Skills
- Strong design sense and visualization ability.
- Knowledge of 3D printing and rendering processes.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and quality standards.
